Annual Fundraiser

31 Guns in 31 Days

We are pleased to announce that our Annual RVFD 31-Gun Raffle has officially begun! Please reach out to one of our firefighters, or stop down to Valley Bowl in Randolph to purchase your tickets. May the odds be ever in your favor!

Having trouble connecting with a Randolph Village Firefighter in person? You can complete your purchase online this year using the link below. (Online sales will be delivered via email, not USPS.)

Please note, there is a $5 fee added to online sales to cover the additional transaction and processing fees, so we do recommend in-person sales if you're able, because we get it — life is expensive enough without fees! Our firefighters also enjoy interacting with the community in person, especially when it’s not an emergency.

We cannot guarantee a specific ticket number for online sales, as tickets will be randomly selected from remaining available tickets. Thank you for your support!

Winners must meet all Vermont and Federal legal requirements for firearm purchase and possession at the time of pickup. Please reach out to R&L Archery with specific questions about the transfer process, including to out-of-state winners.

Community Involvement

More Than Emergency Response

The Randolph Village Fire Department is proud to be part of the community we serve. In addition to emergency response, our firefighters take part in local events, school visits, fundraisers, parades, safety education, and family-friendly activities throughout the year.

Fire Safety Visits

We visit local elementary schools to talk about fire safety and give students a closer look at our personal gear and equipment, so that they won't be scared of us during an emergency. As always, the fire truck is a huge hit, and we love answering all of their great questions.

Ham & Bean Supper

A community favorite, our Annual Ham and Bean Supper brings neighbors together for delicious food, conversation, and an opportunity to support the Fire Department. Firefighters deliver dozens of meals to area shut-ins who wouldn't be able to partake otherwise.

Parades & Holiday Events

We are proud to appear in the 4th of July Parade, Randolph’s Winter Parade, Trunk or Treat events, and other local celebrations. Whether the engine is decked out with lights and inflatables or rolling through town on the Fourth, we always love seeing so many smiling faces.

Community Read Alouds

Firefighters also participate in community read alouds, sharing stories with local children and building positive connections outside of emergencies.

Fundraisers & Local Support

Our Annual RVFD Gun Raffle helps support the Department while giving sportsmen a chance to contribute to a good cause. We are grateful for the community’s continued support of our fundraising efforts. Proceeds have gone to purchasing tools and equipment that aren't in the Department's budget, but that make our responses faster and more effective. Recent purchases have included the "Jaws of Life" and a fully outfitted, 6-wheel Side-by-Side, engineered for both backcountry rescue, and woodland firefighting, with enclosed trailer.

Local Events

You may also see us assisting with 4th of July fireworks parking at Farr’s Hill, participating in Farmers Market Touch-a-Truck, supporting events like the Gary Thurston Memorial Bowling Tournament which provides scholarships to area youth, or competing in regional Firefighters Muster Games — just to mention a few.

Muster Games showcase teamwork, skill, speed, and firefighting tradition while bringing departments together for friendly competition and community fun.
